We were in town for the night and got a room on the 5th floor. The room was nice and updated, and the hospitality was great. I got a package that included breakfast which was a standard hotel breakfast, but good.
We went on a Tuesday this past year and we stayed until Wednesday. When we woke up Wednesday morning there was no hot water whatsoever in the whole entire building because their pipes had Frozen. We never got any kind of discount for their pipes freezing and inconvenience in our whole entire family. And then on top of that they charged us a $15 fee for parking at their hotel?! To me parking for a place that you're staying in paying to stay there that should be included in your room fee not a separate charge for parking somewhere I think parking should be free if you're staying at a hotel. The rooms were clean our coffee maker didn't work but that was our first thing we noticed we weren't going to complain about that. The breakfast was okay there wasn't a lot out there one or two strawberries when we got there a bunch of green bananas and cereal. Overall not really satisfied with our stay.
Overall the hotel is quite nice. However, there are some things that I wish could be improved upon. In my room the shower stall glass was not secured at the bottom like it should and it's sliding door looks like it's been pushed away at the bottom. Ice machines are only located on floors 4, 5, and 6 in the Fairfield section of the building. It's not readily communicated on all floors causing a scavenger hunt of sorts. And machines on 4 and 5 were not working causing the hunt to go longer. Besides that everything else was fine. Air conditioner worked beautifully, decor was pleasant to view, very clean. I like the modern look although some more light options may be nice in the rooms. A few flaws but worth a return stay.

Easy to find and access by car, clean, friendly front desk, fair enough parking price and more then enough good breakfast, location is 5 minutes walk from downtown activity.
