I was fortunate to be visiting my daughter at this awesome hotel. I was greeted by Kevin Robinson who happens to be the guest service representative. Kevin welcomed me to the hotel and really went out of his way to make sure that all my requests were met. The hotel was clean and my experience was incredible. The people make this hotel worth 10 stars rather than 5. Thank you Kevin, when I return to Kentucky, I will stay here again. Thank you for the best experience and friendly welcome!
Wonderful hotel!! Clean rooms....with lots of space (loved the separated living and sleeping areas....plus the sink area was separate from shower/bathroom so one could get shower while others are using the sink and mirror!!) Swimming pool with hot tub and fitness room....plus hot breakfast in the morning. Very nice area... safe.. nearby places to eat... and deliver to hotel. Highly recommend!
It started bad. We couldn't get into our room with the given card. But, after that and a trip to the front desk, thing got way better. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a key to a new room. It was a really nice and neat room with everything you could ask for in a hotel room. The room above us had some rowdy kids but that's no fault of the hotel's. The next morning, the breakfast was pretty solid too. Really awesome hotel that I wish I could've stayed more than one night at.
We stayed here over night after a wedding. The front desk workers greeted us with kindness and smiles. The rooms were very clean and big! I wish our double room had queen beds instead of full size (this may be an option.. I didn't book the room :) ). Continental breakfast was good and warm. Check out was at noon which I loved and they thanked us for choosing that location. Overall great experience!
I’ve stayed here a couple times and always enjoyed it. The staff was considerate and quick. I asked for the fold out bed sheets because I had a relative staying with me. They knew exactly what I wanted and got it to me quickly. Breakfast is always good at a Marriott but I could be biased. I will come back.
