I was so excited when I ordered a white Nike sweatshirt for my son that he wanted for Christmas. When I received it in the mail it had a large stain on it!! I was upset thinking that I wouldn't be able to replace it in time for Christmas. I went to the store on Hurstbourne and was blessed to be helped by Sydney. She took care of the problem efficiently and patiently. I was so thankful to have had her help. Received the new sweatshirt in the mail in plenty of time for Christmas, thanks to Sydney, she rocks!!!
Heath Wright was awesome. Not his normal location to work but we got lucky. Helped us find a perfect baseball glove and chairs. Great price!!
They have nice things but they only have 1 in each size, might as well pass it by on the way to a store that has XL & XXL in stock. The staff is par at best , it feels like you're bothering them or they make it obvious that they think you look like a thief & follow you around but don t wanna help you when you actually need it. I am starting to see why more & more people shop online.
It's still the same like driving while Black. I'm a black grandmother age 67 financially comfortable don't have to steal but the elderly guy standing at front entrance watching blacks only followed me and my grandson's whom was there to purchase northface coats which I purchase immediately let me know he was watching us because he tried to tell me what direction they went in but you know we all look alike yo you so he wasn't on his job. So my experience was the same uncomfortable what your own sometime
This store is great. Sydney was very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I needed. In and out no fuss.
