Prices high. Good selection. Sales people are very helpful. One stop shop for big and tall men.
Nice selection. Good salespeople. Fair prices , except adding a charge for hemming suit trousers (as if you're going to roll them up or take them somewhere else to have them hemmed). My main gripe is delivery. I was promised trousers would be ready by Saturday 5 p.m. but said they would probably be done sooner. Got a call Saturday afternoon telling me they wouldn't be ready. When I picked them up on Tuesday, I told the salesperson that I was pretty upset that I had spent over $500 for a suit for an event on Sunday that wasn't ready until Monday and all I got was , "Sorry about that".
The only reason I am giving this store a 1 star is because of the sales lady that I felt was very overbearing, kept asking if we needed help and would not let my husband and I look at the clothes in peace. I felt like every person that came in the store that was African American she was following them around. One older black male came in and went to look at some clothes and then two younger black males came in and while were were at the cash register checking out not to mention there were other customers checking out, she stops and gets on her headset and lets the other sales associates that one guy was in the back and two had just walked in. That really pissed me off. I felt she was racial profiling. My husband went to the restroom and then she suddenly had to go to the restroom. And walked him back to the front as if she was waiting for him to come out of the restroom. I was over by the Polo and Nautica shirts looking and she came over by me trying to suggest some things she think would look cute on MY husband. I could not enjoy my shopping experience here today. My husband and I have been here several times and I've never seen this lady. All the other sales associates were pleasant and weren't overbearing. She is an older lady with black curly hair that had on some glasses. I don't know if she is a manager or a regular sales associate but I was very upset when I left. I doubt if we will shop here again from now on we will just order online.
