The young guy so called mgr was very rude after having the wrong shoe on wrong display then couldnt even take the time to fix it. Never will I return.
Just want everyone to know that this store is under new management. New DM, new GM, new Key holder, as well as new staff. Overall a new experience. Please give us a chance to make things right! We look forward to seeing you all.
He did finally agree to allow us to make an exchange. So I do appreciate that. However, it should not have been so difficult and unpleasant.
They honor their word very friendly and easy to deal with. I recommend them from work boots to athletic and dress wear!!!
The manager is very rude. There are no signs posted about clearance being final sale. There is nothing printed on the receipt about no returns for clearance items. All we wanted to do is return or exchange a pair of shoes that did not fit and we had the receipt, box and original bag from the store. We were told it was policy that clearance items are final sale. But we were not told that at the time of purchase and it was not posted anywhere. That's perfectly fine if that is the company policy but all they need to do is post a sign somewhere so that people know that when they make their purchases. When I tried to ask the manager about this policy he instantly became hostile with me and stared at his phone the entire time that I was trying to talk to him.
Although there was quite a selection of shoes, the place was wrecked. Four Employees standing around doing nothing. Nonone greeted us, asked if they could help. Every isle looked this way.
