If it’s an emergency, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Our dear cat of 17 years was in pain and ready to go. My husband called, filled out their online form, and texted during normal business hours only to receive no acknowledgment or even a courtesy call back. Insensitive and uncaring people clearly.
