I would give them zero stars if I could. I tried to exchange a pair of damaged shoes and was told by a manager that my son had to be measured before they would exchange them. I took my son the next day and they would not exchange them because he was not sized originally. I have bought several pairs of shoes there never had a problem. I will never go back!!
